You have got to be fit to be the best!Mid-week Training
Mid-week training at Parkfields on Thursday 17th July 2008 at 7.00pm for all. Remenber, while the clubhouse is being rebuilt, there are no changing facilities at Parkfields.
Please note mid-week Training does not only give the coaches the opportunity to try new moves and players to improve their fitness, it also gives Brett and the coaches an opportunity to explain what is happening with regard to the weekend games and life in general. If you cannot attend Training, for whatever reason,, it is imperative that you phone Brett, Clive or Rhys beforehand to explain your absence which, in turn, allows them to impart any relevant information to you. If a phone call is impractical, (for what reason, I can’t think), a text or email will just about do. No communication is totally unsatisfactory.

RFU Survey
THE Rugby Football Union is giving everyone involved in English rugby the chance to have their say on the International Rugby Board’s proposal to introduce eight new Experimental Law Variations (ELVs) throughout the game next season. The RFU believes that some of the ELVs could fundamentally change the nature of the game as it is currently known and that all those potentially affected by their introduction should be consulted. The RFU is therefore launching a special consultation website www.rfusurvey.co.uk to enable all parts of the game to express their views on the ELVs and whether they should be trialled in the manner proposed. The survey is open to players, coaches, referees and supporters and gives people chance to compare and vote on the existing law and its associated ELV before the Union formally responds to the IRB.
